These Terms of Service govern your use of the Safe Block website, member dashboard and related services. By creating an account or using the services you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country and allowed by the laws that apply to you to use digital-asset services. You are responsible for making sure your use of Safe Block is legal where you live.
2. Your account and wallet
- You are responsible for keeping your password, wallet and devices secure.
- Safe Block is non-custodial: we cannot access, recover or reverse transactions from your wallet. Lost private keys or seed phrases cannot be recovered.
- Information you provide must be accurate. One person should not hold multiple accounts to gain extra rewards.
3. Nodes and payments
- Guardian Nodes are paid for in USDT on the supported networks. An order is approved after the payment transaction is verified on the blockchain.
- Each payment transaction can be used for one order only.
- Blockchain payments are final. Please check the amount, network and receiving address before you pay.
4. Rewards
- The daily SBN reward pool is shared equally between all eligible Guardian Nodes. Your share depends on the total number of nodes and is therefore not fixed.
- Referral and generation rewards are paid according to the conditions shown in the member dashboard.
- Reward rules, schedules and conditions may be updated as the project develops; changes are announced on the website.
5. Withdrawals and fees
- Withdrawals are sent only to the wallet connected to your account, on a supported network.
- A withdrawal fee (the current rate is shown in your dashboard) is deducted from each withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be held for review if a payment cannot be confirmed or if unusual activity is detected.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the services for illegal activity, fraud or money laundering, attempt to exploit errors or vulnerabilities, interfere with the platform, or create fake accounts or referrals. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Risks
Digital assets are volatile and involve significant risk. Please read our Risk Disclosure. Nothing on this website is financial, investment or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Safe Block is not liable for losses caused by market movements, blockchain network problems, third-party wallets or services, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page, and continued use of the services means you accept it.
